Because Beer Craft Beer Festival is an opportunity for brewers to showcase both their product and their commitment to the craft. There are over 30 craft breweries participating in this year’s festival, July 8th and 9th, at Pier 4 Park (64 Leander Drive). Sample the best craft brews in the province, and meet the masters behind your favourite beverage. Hamilton’s premier craft beer festival goes beyond craft brews. The two-day event includes a great lineup of live music. Headlining this year is Terra Lightfoot, Hamilton’s favourite hometown roots rocker, and Yukon Blonde, the Canadian indie rock band heralding from Kelowna, British Columbia. Explore the many food trucks on site to eat while you jam, and make sure to catch the crowning of this year’s Because Beer Homebrew Champion.
