The Emera Oval is less than a 30-minute transit ride from Timbercreek’s 238 Bedford Highway Apartments in Halifax. The Emera Oval is the largest artificial outdoor skating rink in Atlantic Canada. Free skate and helmet rentals are available on-site for the event.
Time Traveller’s Ball at the Halifax Forum
The Halifax Forum is a two-minute transit ride from Timbercreek’s 214 Willet Street Community and home to one of Halifax’s biggest New Year’s Eve events, the Time Traveller’s Ball. This event features prizes, dancing, costume contests and a variety of games for grownups. Tickets cost $15 and doors open at 8:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. This is an adults-only event perfect for friends and loved ones to ring in the New Year together.
Westin Halifax
Eat, laugh and dance the night away at the Westin Halifax’s New Year’s Eve Events. The Westin Halifax is a 15-minute drive from 76 Fairfax Drive in Halifax. The hotel is offering a number of New Year’s Eve events including a full buffet dinner, comedy show at Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Club and nighttime drinks and dancing.
