Thank you 'First on Tenth' Residents & Staff

Jul 16, 2025
We would like to thank the residents of 123 10th Avenue, Calgary for their cooperation and performance during the evacuation and flooding.  We saw firsthand how the community came together to support one another. We are extremely grateful for the efforts of the Calgary Timbercreek Communities team as well as our wonderful residents, who all went above and beyond during this time.  Although it was an extremely chaotic and stressful time, it was very encouraging to see all the wonderful residents and staff we have in our community.  We’d like to say a special thank you to our maintenance staff, Darcy and Steve, who graciously helped out our tenants who had to leave their pets behind, when evacuated, by making sure they had enough food and water.

First on Tenth staff members were happy to be able to provide Sol Schools International with the space they needed to continue their classes when their space was flooded.

We would also like to thank residents for participating in First on Tenth’s 1st Stampede Breakfast which occurred on July 10th.  The First on Tenth team cooked up a storm and really enjoyed the opportunity to see everyone after a hectic couple of weeks.

Thank you again for your continued support!
